1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Approval: Once your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, you must return the product after delivery (refer to our Return Policy).

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase.
  • The refund will be processed within 4 days after the return is approved.
  • If the return is not eligible (damaged or missing items), the refund will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Orders successfully canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
  • If the product is already delivered, it must be returned within 2 days after cancellation for a refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • Products damaged due to improper use.
    • Items missing original packaging or accessories.
    • Returns beyond the eligible time frame.

4. Processing Time

  • Refund Approval: Within 2 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Refund Credit: Amount will be credited within 4 days to your original payment method.
