  • Once the cancellation is approved, you must return the product within 2 days.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices included.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or mishandling.
  • Products without original packaging, missing accessories, or invoice.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Items returned beyond the 2-day return window after cancellation.

3. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Log in to your account and submit a return request.
  2. Return Approval: Once your request is approved, we will arrange for product pickup from your delivery address.
  3. Product Inspection: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility.
  4. Refund Processing: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 4 days to the original payment method.

4. Refund Terms

  • Refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment.
  • If the product fails the return inspection, the refund will be denied, and the product will be sent back to you.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images/videos of the damaged product along with your order details.
  • We will verify the issue and offer a replacement or refund, based on stock availability.
